Global Resource Products was established in 2005 when three gentlemen contributed $1000 each to set up a bank account and invest in a dream.  Their goal was to provide a service to allow customers to have access to off-shore manufacture without the hassle of freight, lead times or money exchange; while providing customers with quality, on-time products at a competitive price.

Global Resource Products has a combined experience in rubber, plastics and metal of 160 years.  Our products consists of castings, plastics, rubber, stampings, wire forms, machined parts, assemblies, connectors, wire harness/cable assemblies and many other varying products as seen in our Products Section.

Our main office is located in Dallas, Texas but our product is processed in and shipped from our Weatherford, Texas warehouse.

Global Resource Products works closely with many ISO9000 suppliers in China, Vietnam and India ensuring that the product we supply is at the highest level of quality.  Alex Lee speaks and writes fluent in Mandarin allowing us to communicate technical information.  Our factories also communicate in English and are easily accessible.  We have contracted companies and individuals that audit our factories, perform shipment audits when required and help work through any quality issues that arise.

Global Resource Products handles all shipping, brokers, customs and other transport nightmares.  Our shipments are quoted FOB Weatherford, Texas.

Deanna Chambers, Operations Manager, takes care of our quoting and overall everyday processes and procedures that makes Global Resource Products a customer-oriented company.  Our focus is always on taking care of our customer’s needs whether it is an urgent request for quote, an expedited need for parts, issues with quality or just questions.  Deanna has been in this business 35 years and brings her knowledge to establish the systems and proper new-part setup that allow our customers needs to be the top priority.

Mary Johnson, Office Manager, responsibilities include the critical task of processing orders, processing new purchase orders to the vendors,  controlling the shipment of all product to arrive on their due date, follow up with vendors on open purchase orders and monitor their ocean or air shipment receipts, managing the accounting side of the business and many more tasks.

Tad Johnson, Warehouse Supervisor, is responsible for the daily operation, organization and activities of our Weatherford warehouse.  Tad pulls product from the shelves for shipment to the customer, arranges the shipment of the product, receives in all product into the warehouse and performs incoming inspection on all parts.  After approved, Tad stores the product until called for by the customer.

Roy Shockey, Contracted Engineer, has spent the last 40 years working as an engineering designer, engineering manager, technologist and innovator.  Roy holds degrees in business and technology as well as holding a variety of certificates and qualifications. Roy is currently pursuing a masters degree in engineering from Texas Tech University.    He works with our customers on design of product, generates drawings from sample parts, helps customers with questions on quality or design issues with product.

Casey Houk, Fulfillment Center Manager, manages our Fulfillment Center and is responsible for the proper assembly of kits, management of Fulfillment Center inventory and overall operation of the Center
